Formula Check- Calculating based on threshold (excel attached)

This is probably less complicated than it feels. My brain is jello from overthinking this... so I'm asking for help.

The idea here is that we want to get 60% of revenues until we recover 150% of expenses, and 50% of revenues thereafter.

Any insight or help would be sincerely and humbly appreciated.

Perhaps another way to calculate this below my calculations? If this looks correct, then there's no need to do anything. I just either help or confirmation that I'm right on this.
