How to add formulated range in sumif formula

HI,
I need help in adding range through formula in sumif formula.

I need help with:
1. Find 'June' in column I. It is at I5
2. Find 'July' in column I. It is at I9
3. So Create sumif with I5:I9 but the value for range cannot be entered manually. it has to come from formula as explained above (or any other formula).
criteria ='Total'
sumrange will be J5 to J9 (again by formula as explained above)
