Averaging multiple columns based on row values

Hi all, I am trying to do an average for a specific set of columns (some contiguous and some non-contiguous) and want to only average them by criteria that is specified in a seperate column. For example lets say we have Table1 below.

    A B C D E
    $20 $2 $12 12 Shoe1
    $25 $1 $10 11 Shoe1
    $19 $2 $10 5 Shoe1
    $21 $2 $11 3 Shoe2
    $23 $2 $9 17 Shoe2

On a different sheet, I have Table2 as such.
    Shoe1 Shoe2
FORMULA HERE that refers to "Shoe1" above and averages columns A-C Formula dragged across here to refer to Shoe2
FORMULA HERE that refers to "Shoe1" above and averages columns A, B and D Formula dragged across here to refer to Shoe2

How could I have a formula in one cell on a different sheet find me the average of all values for "Shoe1" for Columns A-C and another find me the average of Columns A, B and D? And set up so that it can be dragged across Table2. Would appreciate any help here! Thanks.

    Welcome to Excel Forum.
I, and apparently others who have viewed this thread, don't understand what it is you want well enough to offer a solution. I would suggest that you make a sample workbook set up as you want it to look. Let us know which values need to be calculated, averaged, by formula (manually input the expected values).
To attach a sample workbook click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window. (The paperclip icon doesn't work)
Let me know if you have any questions.
