distribute data accrording to total number of hours

hi all
according to total number of Hours (difference between F2 and F1) they will add Value 330 in D5
meaning
if 1 hours it will only in D5 , if two hour will Add D5 and E5 , if three hours will be D5, E5, F5
if four hours Will be in D5, E5, F5,G5
if five hours will be D5, E5, F5,G5 , D6 and soon
please note that any value less than one hour will be consider One hour
in my attached example total number of hours is 3:25 which will be consider 4 hours

Not A1, but ROW(A1)-1 that is 0. When you copy down this part of the formula you get the sequential numbers 0, 1, 2, 3, ...

ROW($A1) is a counter so $A1=1, $A2=2 etc so as you drag the formula down, counter increments by 1 in each row.

How do we know which shift the times apply to?
