How can I write a formula to show photo filenames based on a record ID and photo count?

    Cell A1=Record ID
    Cell A2=Photo Count
    Cell A3=Photo file names
    Cell A4=Featured photo

Context: this is preparation for an import. Data for ID and Photo Count is known. Photo file name convention is standardized ("Photo" + Record ID + "-" + photo number from count starting with 1). Featured photo is always the first photo

    Example desired output:

    Cell B1=12345
    Cell B2=11
    Cell B3=Photo12345-1.jpg|Photo12345-2.jpg|Photo12345-3.jpg|Photo12345-4.jpg|Photo12345-5.jpg|Photo12345-6,jpg|Photo12345-7.jpg|Photo12345-8.jpg|Photo12345-9.jpg|Photo12345-10.jpg|Photo12345-11.jpg
    Cell B4=Photo12345-1.jpg

There will be many other records with different IDs and varying photo counts.

Thanks in advance for any help you can give me.
