The attached file has a VLOOKUP formula where the data source (IDEN) has the same VPMO ID and I'm trying to lookup the distinct SI IDs. However, it lookups the same one... how can I resolve this?

I've updated a new attachment with the formula where it doesn't work pass the 1st row... what am I doing wrong?

i would use a concatenate formula to make each VPMO and SI unique for the vlookup.
just realized that you are trying to lookup the SI.. My question would be can you look up the SI by searching the VPMO ID and the Apps (Test1 or Test2)?

The numbers in your attachment do not differ: you have two identical pairs.
Attach a sample workbook that has enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.
Remember to desensitize the data.
Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.

Hi AlKey - thanks for the formula. It works only for the 1st 2 rows. I have to drag down to row 235 and it doesn't work past 7 and 8 rows... any suggestions?
