Sumproduct between 2 dates with mutiple criteria

I'm trying to get this code to work but I'm returning no results, can anyone help

I know there is a payment made on 04/08/2016 but my code is showing as zero results, is it the format of the date or something else?

Try putting the dates in DATEVALUE()
