Sum Product (excluding a row)

I have a list of results i would like to weight using the "Sum Product Formula" & would like to exclude 2 rows within the range.

Below is the formula i have tried but doesn't appear to work:

Range: B1:B5,B8 = Weightings

What "rule" exludes 6 & 7?

=SUMPRODUCT(($B$2:$B$7)*($C$2:$C$7)*($A$2:$A$7<>A6))/SUMPRODUCT(($C$2:$C$7)*($A$2:$A$7<>A6))
