In attached sheet i have large rage of data containing 415000 rows and data filter is not selecting all data in attached red highlighted importer column. please guide how can we select all data. FILE SIZE IS 21 MB AND I AM UNABLE TO UPLOAD PLEASE GUIDE.
Zip it. max file size for a zip is 9.7 Mb.

Unfortunately the attachment icon doesn't work at the moment. So, to attach an Excel file you have to do the following: Just before posting, scroll down to Go Advanced and then scroll down to Manage Attachments. Now follow the instructions at the top of that screen.

Sorry. i was unable to get access to the forum for a while. it's the blank rows, they mess up the data filter. can you get rid of them, or add a helper column from (for example) cell z1 =row() copied all the way down; include it in your data range to be filtered?
