Match the item and bring column 2

    Hi,
I would like to create a formula in B2 to find any of the codes in row B2 to F2, in Table tab and bring the code in column B from the tab Table

it would be like having 4 vlookups looking at the table.
I started with if(or( but then i realised that I couldnt do it as the data that I need to match was on other table
I thought of Index and Match. Not really sure if it will work
    Any advice please?
example G7 should bring code 200786

    FindDuplicates.xlsx

    many thanks for your help
    Best Rgds,
    J
