    Vlookup

    Hi All,

    Greetings for the day,

    Please refer data attached, here I would want Out put from column "H". It should look up values of A2 & B2 in F and G columns and when exactaly matches with A2 & B2, it should provide out put from column H.

    Please help me.

    Enter this formula with Ctrl + Shift + Enter keys together
    =INDEX($H$2:$H$4,MATCH(A2&B2,$F$2:$F$4&$G$2:$G$4,0))

    Try this array formula**:

    =INDEX(H$2:H$4,MATCH(1,(F$2:F$4=A2)*(G$2:G$4=B2),0))

    ** array formulas need to be entered using the key
    combination of CTRL,SHIFT,ENTER (not just ENTER).
    Hold down both the CTRL key and the SHIFT key
    then hit ENTER.

    If you want to use VLOOKUP, below is the ARRAY formula (Ctrl + Shift + Enter keys together).

    Otherwise, I'd recommend the above gurus method which is using INDEX and MATCH formula.
