Rounding 2 decimals to specific 2 decimals

Hello,
I have an column filled with numbers like :
1.25
0.89
2.32
1.07
1.25
1.07
etc.

I can't figure out how to approximate the decimals , in the next column , with a function with the next conditions :
if decimals are between 00 and 24 the result should be 00.
if decimals are between 25 and 75 the result should be 50.
if decimals are between 76 and 99 the result should be rounding up the number.
