Total working hours between two dates

Morning all,

I've been racking my brain for ages on this but not really getting anywhere.

Can anyone please help?

I'm looking to calculate the total time ([HH]:MM) between two dates but only considering working hours which are tabled in the sheet.

The yellow column is my manual calculation.
