Requires formula to do Automatic summation

Hi...

I am having a excel table where raw data are available. I need to create a summary row at top. Mentioned in the attachment.

Can anyone provide me linking formula for it?

1. 44, 45, 46 are week no.
2. Model no as A & B
3. Qty/ PO value have to show summation for above mentioned model.
