Excel formula to extract dates

Hi All,

Hoping someone out here can help me with a certain formula. The table in tab Dashboard calculates how many items I have in tab Milestones based on the status type and the month it was delivered.

Right now it works well except when the dates in tab Milestone column F is more than 1, then it does not populate in the table.
Example everything with dates 1-mmm-16 works but if it is 2nd Oct onwards it does not show.
