Check for date conflicts when resources are assigned to them

Hi all,

Trying to come up with a formula that indicates if there is a conflict; whenever a resource has been assigned on a date, but has also been assigned elsewhere on that particular date.

Any help? I'm sure this is possible in Excel, but I can't get my head around it.
See image below for example, a couple of conflicts are in it.
