Calculating Percentages based on certain criteria

Hello all,

I am new to the forum and would appreciate everyone's expertise. I am attempting to create a formula that calculates percentages based on multiple conditions. See example below:

If cell A1 is <100% calculate cell B1 but with a cap of 110%
If cell A1 = 100%-104.99% calculate cell B1 but with a cap of 120%
If cell A1 is >105% calculate cell B1 but with a cap of 135%

Any help of guidance would be appreciated!
