Random or NOT list of names (not repeating till all names used). Need HELP a.s.a.p.!!!

Can you help me with this?: confused:

I am having some issues with Randomly Select Names No Repeats Until the list is exhausted. cannot repeat down or across!
I have 4 columns of names, some names (like Sue) are in all columns (P,M,SO,ST) GIVEN THE TASK THAT THEY KNOW HOW TO DO.
for a given month or MORE, each week i must list individuals from the 4 columns that can do the below tasks.
PRESIDENT (P) PRESIDENT (P) MICS (M) MICS (M) SOUND (SO) STAGE (ST)

Right now I'm using a drop-down list & relying on human error & the countif function NOT to repeat. There has to be an easier way to select from a given column without repeating the names until they have all be used, & also ensuring that the tasks assigned do not repeat the names across (for the given week).

I downloaded (MRAND) but not sure how to set it up with more than 1 factor.

You have 10 people qualified as "President," and need two. That means after 5 rows, someone will be appearing in that role for the second time, no?

The proposed solution is about as 'automatic' as I could make it. Columns B:E are populated using formulas only. Columns E and F have formulas, which populate most of the cells, and data validation. The formula for column F is:

The column also has conditional formatting applied which highlights, yellow, duplicates in any particular row indicating that the name in that cell needs to be changed. Column G employs a similar setup.
Note: Once a change via data validation is used the formula in that cell is erased.
Note: Data validation was need to change three cells in column F and three cells in column G.
Note: Changes were also made to the formulas that populate B38:G64

The 'Schedule' table, A5:G36, updates automatically when names are changed, added or deleted from the roll table occupying columns in I:L
If by 'additional sheet' you mean putting the rolls on another sheet then look at the attached file to see the changes in the references when the rolls are moved to sheet1.
