    Calculate passage of time utilizing military time for hospital use

    I am trying to create a spreadsheet to use in our surgery area. If I get in a patient at 0815 and discharge that patient to the floor at 1000, I want a spreadsheet formula that I can put in the times and get the result in minutes passed (ie. 105 minutes). Also I need the result to be be 15 minutes less due to Medicare guidelines. So the result should show 90 minutes. Confusing? Yes it is! Thanks for any assistance.

    Just realized my formula looks a little strange on the spreadsheet display. Replace the original formula with this :
