    Excel Offset/Running totals from a PivotTable

    I have a question concerning running totals based off an ever updating pivot table. Here is an example worksheet for my question.

    I have to populate sales totals for certain time ranges based off the entire pivot table and these totals will change on a weekly basis. I have been trying to figure out a way to use the offset function to calculate time periods like "Last 4 weeks", "Last 3 months", "Year to Date".

    What is the best way to approach this on a file with data that will be refreshed weekly?

    Please attach a file to this forum - I can't get the file from the link.

    Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

    Remember to desensitize the data.

    Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.
    One spreadsheet to rule them all. One spreadsheet to find them. One spreadsheet to bring them all and at corporate, bind them.

    A picture is worth a thousand words, but a sample spreadsheet is more likely to be worked on.
