Macro for opening a worksheet but different sheet every time.

Greetings

I'm attempting to create a macro for a process I do weekly.
It involves importing text from the data tab, I always import it in the same manner; Delimited, Tab & Comma, Text.
However the worksheet from which I grab text from is always different week to week.
If I do a simple macro recording & run the Macro, it pulls from the sheet I used to create the macro.

Is there a macro to browse and open a unique worksheet
