Vehicle service interval calculator

Good day all,

Newby on the block here so forgive me if I seem ignorant about some things or group protocols.

I am battling to calculate service intervals for a fleet of vehicles.

Example. A vehicle has to be serviced every 10 000km (10 000; 20 000; 30 000.....)

I currently enter the vehicle serviced odometer reading then + 10 000 (as it is serviced every 10 000km) - current odometer reading = km left before next service.

but what I require is that it automatically recalculate to the next service interval once the previous service has been completed.

I do not want to have many columns with different calculations only one column with one calculation.

The calculated column turns red if the vehicle is a 1 000km or less from its current interval.

Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate.

Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.
