As an Example;

There are two conditions,
Value of H = Range of A
Value of I = Range of B

If This condition true need to take value of C for J.

H = 2016.09.14
A = 2016.09.14

I= 2:00
B =2:00
That time C Value is 76.466. this value need to write in column J.
