As an Example;
There are two conditions,
Value of H = Range of A
Value of I = Range of B
If This condition true need to take value of C for J.
H = 2016.09.14
A = 2016.09.14
I= 2:00
B =2:00
That time C Value is 76.466. this value need to write in column J.

I previously told you about thread titles - not to say duplicate threads in this thread earlier today.

Ok I am very sorry.
I can't understand that properly. English is not my mother language.
Thank for your information.
In simple terms:
1. Change your thread title to something that explains your problem. "Need Formula" is not acceptable.
2. When you have changed your title, you will receive help.
3. Read the forum rules, to which you agreed when you joined: http://www.excelforum.com/forum-rule...rum-rules.html
dear sir ,
I have changed thread in first post.Is it ok.
Yes, it is fine. That wasn't so hard, was it? Please abide by the forum rules in future. Thanks!
Thanks sir.
Try this:
=SUMIFS($C$2:$C$10,$A$2:$A$10,H2,$B$2:$B$10,I2)
Try
=INDEX($C$2:$C$10,MATCH(1,($A$2:$A$10=$H$2)*($B$2:$B$10=$I$2),0))
Enter with Ctrl+shift+Enter
It is working.
Thank you very much for your information and help.
