Excel changes formula's URL

OK, I am stumped on this one. I have about 10 formulas on my SetUp page that link to Yahoo for real time financial status.. stock price, volume,.... They work perfectly on my laptop. I sent a copy of the spreadsheet to my daughter and son and both of them are having issues with the live data cells which use "WEBSERVICE". All 3 laptops are running Windows 10 and Excel 2016, Office 365. I tried looking for any related posts but was unable to come up with any. I looked to see if there were any Excel options that may be causing the issue. Why would it work fine on my laptop and not on theirs.

I don't know Excel Office 365... But "Numbervalue" is only available in Excel 2016 Excel 2013 Excel 2016 for Mac Excel for Mac 2011 Excel Online

By any chance... are the kids' PCs set to have compatability with earlier versions of Excel (clutching at straws)
