    Sumproduct help

    Hi guys,

Hope all is well. if it is not an inconvenience can someone please assist me with the attached file.

Basically, my workbook consists of 2 sheets.

I have 'Sheet 1' which contains 3 columns: Class, Amount, Criteria
    -Class: Assets
    -Amount: EUR 200
    -Criteria IFRS

I would like to create a formula in Sheet 2 which sums the amounts for each class according to criteria.

E.g. It sums all assets which fall under IFRS.
It sums all liabilities which fall under IFRS etc

For convenience I have attached the file

Appreciate a lot your kind help!

    Thanks

That's a very small sample for your exact need to be obvious.
Could you show us your expected results?

    =IFERROR(SUMIFS(Sheet1!$C$1:$C$43,Sheet1!$A$1:$A$43,Sheet2!$A2,Sheet1!$E$1:$E$43,Sheet2!E$1),"")

You're welcome! However, it's not really any different to what AVK suggested in post #3, so he deserves some credit, too.
