i have in col A ITEM NUMBER col B RETAIL PRICE Col C WHOLESALE PRICE NEED FORMULA FOR PRICE IN CODE

THIS IS THE PRICE CODE I USE
R=1
E=2
P=3
U=4
B=5
L=6
I=7
C=8
A=9
0=0

FORMULA THAT I CAN GET THIS RESULT C AND D MERGE IN A PRICE CODE D

A B C D
SV-500 100.00 115.00 R00 RR0 (THIS WILL BE THE RESULT)
TM-232 55.00 65.00 BB LB
LZ-100 320.00 380.00 PE0 PC0

note. i dont use decimal
