Creating dependent data validation lists in multiple rows

Hi all,

How can i generate a data entry screen with dependent data validation (i.e. column wise) for multiple rows.

For example, in the sheet I have attached: Suppose an entry done in column C is "Bukoto", I want the drop down menu in column D to only show the possible centre numbers (i.e. 001 and 005 only). and when a given centre number is shown in column D, I want it to show the possible group numbers (i.e. 01, 02, 03, ..., 08 only); and when a group number is selected in column E, I want the dropdown menu in column F to show names of only those members that are in the selected area name, centre number, and group number.

See attachment for details. - The first column is where data entry will be done. And the second sheet shows the details of members from different areas, centre numbers and group numbers.
