    Mail Merge from Excel to a Word document?

    Good Morning!

    I am trying to mail merge this document into our contract template in Word. Screen Shot 2017-01-05 at 10.52.43 AM.png

    I would like to put a placeholder for Company Name in the Word Contract template and it pull the company name from this file...

    Thanks! The issue with that is that We cannot print the document if we run it by column - is there a way that I can create a field in Word that points to a single cell in Excel?

    Would be really fine if you attach example of excel and word (not a picture!) what you have and what you want. Theory is good but practice is much better

    Edit: I created Letter document with excel data in columns and printed it to pdf file without any problem. Every record on single age.
    So, I think description of your problem should be more precise or like I said: example files
