Formula to subtract 100 for every ten...

SO here is my dilemma....

I have data in that sums up the column to the left and for every ten it yields a point total of -100.

I have attached a sample sheet of my data.

Basically i am looking for two formulas:
1. Sum up the amount column in the running total column but only show the ones place
2. Every time the actual value of the running total gets to a multiple of ten it yields a point value of -100

I hope this is clear.

You can put this formula in B2:

=MOD(SUM(A2,B1),10)

and this one in C3:

=IF(B3<B2,-100,"")

Copy both formulae down to the bottom of the list in column A. This assumes that the numbers in column A cannot exceed 9.

they cannot exceed 9 in column a but i put in the formulas and it did yeaild the desired results i have attached a new sheet with what it did.

Im not sure how to fix it.

You should have put the second formula in cell C3, not C2, and then copied it down.
