using the frequency formula instead of countif on large spreadsheet with one criteria

I don't know about using the FREQUENCY function for this, perhaps someone else here will know more, however, if you change the text in D2 from "_UNIMASA" to just "UNIMASA", and your formula in cell C2 to: =COUNTIF(A2:A24,"*"&D2) it would pull all 3 instances containing "UNIMASA" from your list.

Just thought I would throw that out there - obviously, with random typos, this kind of thing would be nearly impossible to sort through with such a large dataset.
