Lookup for repeated entries

Hello Friends

Please find the attached 2010 verison excel file.

In the Vertical column A the entries will be repeated and the corresponding column B Values will be changed.

If we lookup in Column E Cells by using vlookup then the same values will be plotted bun the intension is to show the values per repeated occureance.
i.e., in Cell A9 H is repeated in as 3rd and in Cel E8 also H is repeated as 3rd. So the value form Cell B9 757 need to be plotted in Cell F8 by using formula.

This array formula** entered in F1 and copied down:

=IFERROR(INDEX(B:B,SMALL(IF(A$1:A$40=E1,ROW(A$1:A$40)),COUNTIF(E$1:E1,E1))),"")

** array formulas need to be entered using the key
combination of CTRL,SHIFT,ENTER (not just ENTER).
Hold down both the CTRL key and the SHIFT key
then hit ENTER.
