Formula Help for Array Word Search to find key words and put in adjacent cell

Trying to create formula that takes an array of words from a list on second tab and searches for them in one column on the first tab. If any of the words are found it places it in the adjacent cell. My current formula does not seem to work: =IF(OR(ISNUMBER(SEARCH((Sheet2!A1:A41),G2:G5403,2))),Sheet2!A1:A41,"")

Is it possible for more than one word from the list to appear in an individual cell on your first tab?

I do not want more then one word, i'm trying to then categorize these findings based on the one word in a pivot table. These are list of service tickets that need to be grouped together based on the subject in their description.

I don't understand what you're asking.

One of the words (Category's) that is being looked up is "Network" in "Sheet2!$A$1:$A41", but there are other descriptions that that don't contain "Network" but belong in that group such as: Router, Routing...I would like add another them to the group known as "Network".

If you can't just do a Find/Replace, then I would add a helper column with an =IF statement that changes it from Router to Network.
