Mulitple Columns to Return Value

Hello,

I'm running into a problem which I'm hoping someone can shed some light on. I have two lists and I'm trying to have it return the value from a seperate spreadsheet. I tried using a vlookup formula but it didn't return the desired result. I placed an example of this problem within this post. Any help with this would be greatly apperciated.

=LOOKUP(2,1/(A2=Sheet2!$A$2:$A$52)/(B2=Sheet2!$B$2:$B$52),Sheet2!$C$2:$C$52)
