Need to Collect Data from Last 10 Analyses After Inserting New Row

Please see attached spreadsheet. The issue may be simple, but the problem is that each time I add a new column of data, the "Average of Last 10 Analyses" Cells continue to follow the older 10 cells instead of the newly inserted column(s) of data. Again this may be a simple fix, but any help would be greatly appreciated.

In C11, enter =AVERAGE(OFFSET(C$11,2,0,10,1)) then drag your formula across.
