Drop down menu Question

Hi people,

I'm making a drop down menu, but when I change one of the items in the reference list on the excel-sheet (so not adding/removing items, but just changing a number) they do not change automatically in the layout where I'm using the dropdown menu's. Anyone know how to fix this?

Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate.

Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.

That's just how they work.

You have a couple of options.

Use an event macro that clears the drop down cell if an item in the source list is changed.

Use conditional formatting to "hide" the item in the drop down cell if an item in the source list is changed.

Unfortunately, I'm not much of a programmer so I can't help with the first option.
