Change Array formulas to make them Dynamic

I have been helped out greatly with the Vba code for my User form, but I now need to alter these Array formulas that are in
the Summary section of the Worksheet to make them dynamic.

Previously they were static, placed at the bottom of the Input section and so worked fine. But a Userform will now be adding
the data and extending the Input section as it goes, so consequently throwing them all out, by being dynamic they will deal with
being constantly shifted downwards.

Is this even possible or is it a case of having to completely rethink things?

Can anyone explain as to why the array formulas in my post#1 behave dynamically and adjust accordingly when I
manually insert a row to the range above them.

But when the UserForm inserts a row to add new data the arrays don’t behave dynamically.
