Data Validation Does Not Extend In Table After Addition of Row

I have a workbook (see attached) with a sheet labelled "Tissue." I expand the table be selecting just underneath the bottom of the table in column A. I have data validations in several columns that expand with a row is added—save one column: column H (known as Inoculation Tech). When the cell is highlighted, the drop-down arrow doesn’t appear. I can still choose from a drop-down if I right click the cell and select "pick from drop-down list." The data validation for column H should be the list option in data validation and the source should be =NameDynamic.
Help! If you are able to fix it or know how, elucidate how you did it, because I have exhausted all known possibilities.

it works now
just cleared conditions in the column and then made validation again

Please explain to me what you did & how you did it. I have the same file at work I need to update. I cannot just take this file and move it to work. The original file has already been updated with other data.
