copy the cell date if it contain weoking day

Hi all
i would like to modify the following formula

that will fit the following
if the cell date in A3 is working day copy this to B3 , but if not make the next working day in B3

=WORKDAY.INTL(A3,1+(NETWORKDAYS.INTL(A3,A3,"0001110",$P$3:$P$15)=0),"0001110",$P$3:$P$15)

its not working because in C3 (Monday, February 20, 2017)
although Sunday, February 19, 2017 is working day
