    Dropping names through a rota

    Hello.

I have an 86 line rota, and I want the names in column A to drop down one line each week, with the name in line 86 to (drop) back to the top. Is there an easier way to do this as cutting and pasting the names seems to cause me issues.

I only have a master copy at the minute, and want to use that to "Save As" for each new week I create. The week commencing date is in cell D2, if this is any help.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
