Recalculation of loan repayment schedule

Hi all!

I need help with file attached. What I need to do is to prepare loan repayment schedule if besides regular installments on a monthly basis I quarterly decrease remaining principle in order to decrease months of loan repayment.

Plan is to decrease it every 3 months for same amount, but would be great if I can also change amounts for decreasing the principal.

Any help would be highly appreciated.

Hi there,

See if the attached workbook does what you need.

Additional repayments (varying amounts if appropriate) are entered in Column F, and the total saving due to such additional repayments is displayed in Cell C8.
