I have a supervision tracker that I need help with please
basics are that every month staff need a supervision appointment and this needs to be logged and each month we need to know what percentage of staff have had their supervision and also we need individual compliance percentages.
I've attached an example of what I am talking about
the formulas I am using are not sufficient as I need it to understand some certain things - for example if a staff member is off sick or on maternity leave so supervision is not possible or if they didn't start working for the company until part way through the year.
