Your data working does'nt as per standard format. Please note that time always format with "Time" (h:mm:ss)
UOM : Units Of Material (Always in quantity)
Can you explain about 82 ("C3" cell data) is it hours or minutes or seconds?
Calculation must be : Return hours, minutes and seconds between 2 times.
Secondly how to split in : SZN SHA NGB XMN TAO TJN (No criteria define) as per Task

- the tasks are listed in A3:A27
- UOM will be # of minutes spent as goal/target
- SZN, SHA, NGB, etc would be the different areas who's working on such tasks
- TOTAL time would be # of tasks multiplied by UOM per task

for example : "C9" is 43 : how to split in SZN = 2 & SHA = 41 any criteria with Task. (same applicable with other)
