How to take a row of 10 numbers, extract the 5 highest and averaging the rest

This is similar to what the GHIN handicap program does with 20 numbers. I Need help finding a way to embed an algorithm in an Excel program that would take a row of 10 numbers, disregard the 5 highest and average only the 5 lowest numbers in the group. It is similar what the GHIN handicap program does. I want to embed an algorithm at the end of a row of 10. Can the algorithm be embedded in 1 or 2 cells at the end of the row?

This is for a group of retirees that play golf together 3 times a week. I record the scores, update the program and issue a new sheet weekly. We want to find a way to throw out the highest scores because they unnecessarily inflate handicaps. Please help.

jeffreybrown has rightly suggested to me that a simpler alternative would be
    Formula: copy to clipboard

I think I was just over analysing the problem based on the requirement to disregard the largest 5 numbers

You might need to change commas to semi-colons for Regional settings.
