firstly APOLOGIES if this has been asked elsewhere.. i didn't know what to look for and i need some info/help quite quickly.
i have an attendance record in excel for meeting attendees (who get paid annually for their attendance).
i want to add a formula that will actually state something like '2/4' in the 'meetings attended' column for each attendee when I've have added a 'Y' or 'N' in the respective cell (screenshot attached).
i'm not sure if this is even possible. but would REALLY appreciate some help if it is... or someone telling me if it's not and suggest a workaround.
