Hello - i've tried using the same formula as per a previous document i used and had help for in 2017, however it doesn't seem to work in some rows!
please can someone help with why it's working on some and not all rows- I have to submit a report to the Chair of the Board this afternoon - so if someone can advise, i would be extremely grateful.

You've got some trailing spaces, so try this:

=COUNTIF(E11:BC11, "Y*") & "/" & COUNTA(E11:BC11)
