Hi, I would appreciate some help on the following problem
I have a worker absent list for certain time. In the picture you can see absent list for 10 days.
In the id column you can see the ID number of a particular employee and in current status , you can see 'A'. That means the worker was absent 1 day in those 10 days.
there is a row gap between 2 information which is unnecessary but our software produces information that way.
When a worker is absent for more than 1 day, his id, name comes in the first row, in the next record , only ID number comes. So if a worker, say, 3 days absent,his ID and name would appear in the 1st row, next 2 consecutive days , only ID would show. So from the record I can calculate manually that he was 3 days absent.
However I need to calculate each employees total days of absent in a separate column so with each ID so that I can see how many days he was absent in a period of time.
Your kind help needed please.
