    Simple Formula When Input for Formula is null

    Question:
    1) What kind of formula that to be add if I want column 4 return value "0" when Column 1 is blank as per scenario 1?

    2) What kind of formula that to be add if I also want Column 2 leave it empty when Column 1 is no figure?
