Question Using IF and THEN and VLOOKUP for Pricing of Options

So I'm working to improve on an existing excel spreadsheet for costs. Is it possible to set it to when an option at the top is set to use data from VLOOKUP to change the values further in the spreadsheet....

so if Choice A is selected, only options and appropriate prices that are available to Choice A are displayed essentially. I'm trying to avoid using VBA if at all possible. And if those functions/formulas don't/can't work, what would be my next course of action. TIA!

Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

    Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.

Here is the Sample Workbook that shows the Before and After sheets when switching from Model 1 to Model 2 and the pricing differences (Some prices don't change, but others do)

And just to add to the slightly more complexity of the spreadsheet, there will be the option of Selecting YES/NO for the prices if customers want the individual option or not, which gets tacked onto the Price of the item as an additional cost, etc (which will be drop down and use the IF THEN (YES/NO) function.

You will need separate columns for each model so you can VLOOKUP or INDEX/MATCH based on the Model#.

Your example does not really explain your requirement: it implies the Options are model-dependent.
