Formula for Conditional Formatting when criteria is met

I've trying to use conditional formatting but what I want is not working... what I need is:

    1. If cells on AA7:AA235 = 0 AND cells on O7:O235 = Yes, than highlight yellow corresponding cell on T7:T235....

I just can't seem to find the formula...

Select T7, then use CF, with the formula option, using

    =AA7 = 0

and choose your fill. Then copy T7 and paste special formats to the other cells in column T.

Select the range you want to format (T7:T235). Click 'Conditional Formatting' then 'New Rule' then 'Use a formula to determine which cells to format'. Enter this in the formula box:

and choose yellow fill using the 'format' box.

Because you've selected the whole range, Excel will automatically adjust the cell reference for the rest of the range (T8 for AA8, T9 for AA9, etc).

If your problem is solved, please go to 'Thread Tools' above your first post and 'Mark this Thread as Solved'.
If you use commas as your decimal separator (1,23 instead of 1.23) then please replace commas with semi-colons in your formulae.
You don't need to give me rep if I helped, but a thank-you is nice.

GM, thanks for your replies. I omitted another condition - my fault...

    1. If cells on AA7:AA235 = 0 AND cells on O7:O235 = Yes, than highlight yellow corresponding cell on T7:T235....

    Thanks in advance

    Use the formula

    =AND(AA7=0,O7="Yes")
