    Multiple Look Up Function

I'm not sure if this is possible or not... I know INDEX/MATCH can work wonders, but I'm trying to do the following...

4 Criteria: Column A, B, C on one spread sheet tab, and then on another tab, need to pull an amount based on the Criteria from Columns A, B, and C on other Tab.

    TAB 1
    Columns

    A B C
    1 Y 1
    2 N 1
    3 N 1
    4 Y 2
    2 Y 2
    2 N 1
    4 N 1

TAB 2 has a (table type layout) & maybe I need to change the layout if it isn't possible?
    - On Tab 2 Column A can be found in Column D
    - On Tab 2 Column B can be found in ROW 2
    - On Tab 2 Column C can be found in ROW 3
    - Then the amts that I'm trying to pull of off TAB 2 are obviously below and next 2 the above 3 points

Hopefully this wasn't too confusing. Please let me know if I need to reformat my table maybe to make this work easier? I'm not sure if I can look up off of rows AND columns?

    Thanks so much!

Attach a sample workbook. (Not a picture!)
Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE (original) sheet and an AFTER (required output) sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate.
Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary. Remember, it should reflect original structure of your data.
    Remember to desensitize the data.
    Note:
    • Please do not attach password protected workbooks/worksheets
    • Please do not attach file(s) from exterior servers
    • Please do not attach file(s) with enabled any Workbook Open/Autorun macros!

20 rows of data is enough (probably)

Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.
If link is not from FORUM server you have to wait until someone will want to watch the file from an external server.

    Re: Multiple Look Up Function

Basically I just re-arranged all the data so it was next to each other in columns and did an index/match formula. I'm at work so I just didn't have time to figure it out in this format before the deadline. I took a longer route. If there is someway to do it this way I would still be interested, but it seemed like the easiest option to re-arrange the data for now.

    Thanks!
