Trying to expand INDEX array

Have been struggling with this for a few hours now so thought I'd try to get some help...

I have about 100+ rows of data which I want to just use those that match with a certain criteria, I've got this formula but I can only seem to expand it to 4 columns wide whereas it needs to be 87! The trouble seems to be with the ROWS part and I can only copy and get the same data I already have. What am I missing please? Is there a clever way of copying this across that will get it to work properly?
